General Conduct

• Students must show respect to faculty, staff, and peers.
• Language or behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or offensive will not be tolerated.
• Any damage to institutional property will be subject to disciplinary action and compensation.
• Identity misrepresentation or providing false information is strictly prohibited.

Academic Discipline

• Students must maintain a minimum attendance as prescribed by academic requirements.
• Cheating, plagiarism, and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
• Examinations must be conducted and attended ethically and respectfully.
• Submission deadlines must be adhered to unless officially extended.

Attendance & Participation

• Punctuality and regular attendance are required for all sessions.
• Absence due to medical or emergency reasons must be documented.
• Repeated absenteeism may result in academic penalties.

Campus Behavior

• Use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances on campus is prohibited.
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any form is not permitted.
• Unauthorized gatherings or political activities require administrative approval.
• Cleanliness and responsible use of campus spaces are required at all times.

Dress Code & Professionalism

• Students are expected to maintain a neat and respectful appearance.
• Attire should be modest and appropriate to an academic setting.
• Specific programs may enforce program-specific attire standards.

Use of Technology & Social Media

• Use of mobile phones during lectures may be restricted.
• Misuse of technology for harassment, cheating, or cyberbullying will result in action.
• Posting defamatory or misleading content against the institution is prohibited.
• Data protection and privacy guidelines must be respected.

Grievance & Complaint Mechanism

Any student who feels wronged may approach designated grievance officers or submit a request through official communication channels. All complaints will be reviewed confidentially and fairly.
